Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

:D

I really wish it was my joke, but it's from a song. I quite like the costume idea, though...

"I keep track of the miles I run,
But read the flask it say
'Southside, son'
Took a sip through the hole in my ski mask,
Roll til we get to the 'burbs for the cheap gas"

Re: Favourite UK Circuit

Nope.. certainly not.

I've been told the best way of doing Angelesey is to do a double-header (sat/sun) or to do Oulton one day and Anglesey the next day or vice versa. It gets expensive then though and if you crash on the first day then it's even more of a waste

Re: Anyone going to the London Bike show this weekend?

... would have said it was nowhere near as busy as it was on Saturday last year. That's how it seemed to us, anyway. I agree with you about the costs, though. 4x tickets, £15 parking, £40 of fuel to get to London from Bristol and back. Much more and I might as well have spent £858 on the Harley jacket ...

Re: Anyone going to the London Bike show this weekend?

... 9 until about 5pm (show closed at 6) but Friday and Sunday it was just a steady flow. Yesterday, we actually started breaking down around 4 pm, although we also had a stand in the bicycle show as well. I think the biggest gripe (apart from exhibitors costs) was that by the time you paid your entry ...

The joys of having a roast are the left over meat sarnies the next day.

Trying to be healthy and I've had some raisins, an apple and a banana. There's a packet of pistachio nuts though calling out to me.

I like to have fun in the twisties dogbot so this time of year is rarely any good for my type of riding ;) Glad to hear you had a good ride though. Taking a 190bhp zx10r for a bimble in icy conditions is like taking a prime race horse to Blackpool beach to ride kids back and to down the sea ...

Empty gym this evening so spent longer there than I should have. Good session though, mostly back and core. I really need to work on my pull ups though.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Rode it for the first time this year. Bit nippy and was only out for an hour but still a good feeling to be back on the bike.

Its seems the fuel sensor has packed up over winter though so need to make a phonecall this week.
