Re: The new improved fitness thread

... after chest but when I worked on my form I managed to eliminate that.. now I arch my back a bit and pull my shoulder blades in at the back. Not sure about yourself but I used to hate chest, since changing it I find it really enjoyable. I love the next day ripped feeling!!

Like Rossgo, my thoughts go out to you & your family DG. Pleased to hear that the NHS came up to scratch for you. Fwiw I'm sure they will be pleased to be told you were impressed, after all no one likes to think their efforts are taken for granted. Monty, that looks lovey (for a Kwack ...

I can imagine Rossi would have a meltdown if he had to deal with both Marquez and Stoner.
And wouldn't that be fun to watch :)

Re: What are you eating ??

Diet starts tomorrow. Sure sure! The missus made Cottage Pie tonight. Between 3 of us (because the boy is going through a 3 year phase of only eating chicken nuggets!) We'll usually get through about 2/3rds of it. The girls had their ...

Rossgo's Test Day

... point (Hanger Cafe), everything went well getting there. Met up with the examiner had a 30 min brief and 10 minute checking the bike over making sure everything was legal and going over POWDDERS checks. He was happy with everything so off we went. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160129/c5494eb68b68af0d6369920cfbe0e64a.jpg ...

Re: The new improved fitness thread

I did :-
10 x 60kg warm up
10 x 100kg
7 x 130 kg
3 x 140 kg

My form started to go on 140 so I only did 3 reps. My shoulders dropped forward so my back became rounded.

That said I doubt I would have done more than 5.

Not sure what I could do max. 150 should be doable.

There are some miserable old gits on that site, no wonder it's quiet. The moment someone asks a question you're sure to get a "have you tried the search option?" reply.
