Call or email Opie Oils, they should be able to help. Plus you get a forum discount ("slap" is the code). I think 15w is the medium/heavy grade. but I'm not sure what Kwak put in as standard.

... parts (as standard) would be recommend to change when doing the fork bushes? just spoke to the guy i know at Kawasaki motors and he said just make sure you change the fork oil while your in there,he was surprised to hear about your fork failure

Yep....them's the ones...you can see the zipper-tap thing in the pic. Weird to put on at first....and I seem to recall that there was some issue with them not being track-legal here, not 100% sure, but seems to ring a bell....I know that the subject came up.

If everything else is ok then it does sound like a sensor issue.
