Re: 800cc Street Triple

... more than that, it needs to be competitively priced. Ugly though it is the MT10 is about 10k with 160hp too. Plenty of choice at that level. Not sure i want a triumph though.. I'll have to test one as I've not ridden any of the current model triumphs.

Re: Sound testing at track

I Got my first RSV4 tested on a track day there a few years ago no problem, they ask you to get it tested there if you're not sure.
Mine was 117db (giggle) I wasn't doing a track day just curious to what noise it was knocking out.

I sincerely hope that everyone in a position of power, and that includes heads of religions, takes a good look at their stance and attitude towards the LGBT community.

I'm pretty sure that any God would prefer to see men holding hands than men holding guns.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Gave it a decent wash and top up with ACF50 yesterday. Spent a lot of time cleaning and lubing the chain and making sure it was spotless.

This morning rode into work. It's amazing how much difference a well maintained chain makes to the noise and response when you ride.

While I actually agreed with what they said, I'm not sure putting Major and Blair on a stage together was a good idea for remain. Plus Brown did a great video, but who's going to listen to him? It's almost sabotage! They need to get the youth vote ...

Do they get written off easily Duke?

Not sure how they would crash with no frame and just a stressed airbox.

I get what your saying Duke but I'm not sure there is such a thing as a cheap Panigale unfortunately especially the full fat version

Re: Panigale 1299S road test ride

I intend looking for a s/h one in a couple of years, Blade.

I would want to take it on track now and again as that's what it was designed for and where it works best and i'm not sure i would want to do that with £17k+ of 205bhp sportsbike.

... Axial Pro are £265 in your link and that's £30 more than I paid in a UK store. Personally I would shop around in the UK and look for a deal. Not sure if sales pitch or not but when I bought mine I was told in the Dainese store they wouldn't accept any return for warranty (admittedly unlikely) ...

Panigale 1299S road test ride

Had one day hols left so rode over to JHP on the 748 to test the Panigale. Needed to make sure that a new Panigale wasn't what i really wanted rather than looking at changing the Multi. but it would mean selling the 748. Nice cool journey over and usual twisty roads ...

FC-Moto have said they'll take the trousers back but they're not sure if Rukka will replace or repair. It's a pain but for now I'll return them and in the meantime get some waterproofs to go over my leather jeans.
