... doing me a big favour. BT have bundled this Europe channel in with there other sport programmes and I'm forced to accept a pay increase so just say it as it is, bullshit marketing spin has a negative effect on your customers. Sorry rant over. I'm hungry and tied so that's my excuse (facepalm)

... to this one. The plan reckons the first three days are tough as the body readjusts itself. Still nothing ventured then nothing gained as they say. Might need my porridge for breakfast by Thursday though. I could quite happily often skip lunches if I have my porridge for breakfast.
