Made the same promise many many years ago to someone who helped me ironically 1 mile from home with a puncture, how weird is that.
Anyway he helped me get home so I bought him a box of beers and have stopped to help everyone I have seen in distress every since and always pass the promise on.

... 5 times for bikes broken down for various reasons, when I had my off no one stopped to check apart from one guy in a car. I had a police car (the same one) drive past twice and just look at me with complete disgust but not bother stopping

Open tyre policy but the same tyres have to be available to all bikes every weekend.

Found out that it's not the relay causing the indicator issue. I put the new one in but it's the same problem.
