Re: Fantasy Road Race

Yeah but could have been more ;)

Only joking. Bradl must be gutted with his decision to ride a wet setup on slicks. If he had come in like others he would have been very strong for a podium at his home round.

Re: Fantasy Road Race

Steel Brakes (headbang)

Bradl was top 3 in every session all weekend with a great race pace and a proven record at his home round. Only bike on the first 3 rows and easily a 20 second head start on Marquez, Lorenzo and co and doesn't even finish in the points (deadhorse)

yes it's going to be a fun day , excited and nervous all rolled into one.
I booked novice, I'd be a rolling road block in any other group.

I'm really looking forward to the day, want to spend a session working on body position as I don't really move on the bike.

You should all come to Skelmersdale, every night's race night :) we've got the M58 for drag racing and the famous Pimbo TT as well for a bit of two wheel small circuit stuff plus a roundabout that can be seen from the moon for all your knee down action and all the friendly plastic scousers you coul...

Re: Hmm. Not sure about this.

I just think these things are too much distraction and a solution to a problem that does not exist.

I bought a bike specific satnav earlier in the year and I have barely used that as it encourages me to take my eyes of the road too much.

[EDIT]...... I convinced the missus!!

... I've been working on the track bike idea with the missus, but she's not overly keen on me getting anything else till the Daytona is back on the road properly. But this is a bloody great price for a well set up bike. Funny enough, I recognised the blokes email address, and I bought a dive kayak ...
