Re: 2016 biking plans

Carry on riding as much as I can on the road. Must get out to Almeria for 3 days open pit again. A few more uk track days, I have a trailer now and a tow bar so no excuses. Do a bit of a tour somewhere uk or Europe or if possibly the IOM. I have ...

Re: 2016 biking plans

Riding one of them!

Road wise, this year has been crap. I doubt I've done more than a couple of thousand miles. That is something I intend to rectify next year.

I also want to broaden my horizons on UK tracks.

... doing a Euro trip too but at the moment we are uncertain between Catalunya, Aragon and Portimao. Aragon is my favourite at the minute. As for the road I will be hoping to get to explore the roads of Wales for a long weekend - Following the coast pretty much, Aberwysthwiththtrihs, Angelesey, then ...

Re: Cav's ZX6R Review

Everyone having track bikes doesn't help, either. They don't have the same care for their bikes as they do when riding on a road bike. Some riders see it as a badge of honour to have crashed on a track day. That;'s fine if you're on a £1500 track bike but but if you take out some bloke ...

The only main ( its a minor road) road past one of these buildings sites has had two serious accidents on it in the space of two months since they started building, there were no accidents before. Should focus a few minds on what they are doing.

Re: First Time Buyer

New house building is suddenly going mental round here....with no thought to whether the schools, roads, drainage can cope with any of it. Its all about short termism as ever and sod the consequences resulting from it. I'm still of the opinion that a mortgage is as much ...

If it was double I'd do it Kwacky - I'm betting £2k, watch this space

Thanks Rossgo! They're an absolute weapon mate, I love mine but for the road it's similar to a 2 stroke (flat out or go home)

I'm seriously considering going all out and financing an RSV4-RF next year... For a road and occasional track bike that would be amazing.

Cav's ZX6R Review

... the turning point in my biking career. I crashed more times than I care to remember on my 125 2 smoker and riding a big bike made me respect the road much more. After a couple of rides I regretted my purchase; it was characterless, gutless and I simply didn't enjoy it; and although I never let ...

Looks like it's only been a tyre change so simple to get it back to a road and track weapon.
