... rocket is spot on about winter riding. It gives you much better throttle and brake control, as well as making you look and think further down the road as there are so many exe hazards.

I think it's because we have a lot more drivers out on the road now and a fair few have their distractions eg mobile phones radios etc. Only yesterday I was driving and I saw a fella behind me on his mobile he overtook me while on his mobile....not calling ...

For the track it sounds a great way of picking up a good bike for less. Even for the road it's a good idea. You just have to have all the documentsbof what went on and knowledge of how to repair it, or learn how to repair and work on it as a project.

... a hiring ride. My dad wanted to know where destination Triumph was (I believe it's that) and then went onto the Kawasaki dealership however the road was closed and we didn't know how to get to it. All town riding today, was boring as hell to be honest but still all good practice I suppose!! ...

Not cheap.

Pilot road 4 fitted to loose wheels was going to be around 245

These were 248 fitted but he said should be about 255+ fitted once the part is setup correctly. He did them at a deal for me.... Supposedly. Might be true but ive not checked them out elsewhere

It was crappy and cold this morning. Still, some of the road salt will have been washed off.
