I tried one and didn't like it. You still need to clean the chain and I seemed to spend ages trying to get it set up right so it wasn't flinging oil all over the place.

The instructions on my Würth lube say to spay from the left and right ie aiming for the sides of the chain whereas that one in the video seems to spray mainly from above. I think I'm going to invest in a Scotoiler for my next bike. Does anyone use them?

Daft question but how do they make a 3 hour ferry trip into an over nighter? I think they do slow down. Tbh the seats are all right for one overnight. I don't bother with a cabin as they can be expensive, but they do do 4 berth which sharing the cost may help. The overnight never seems ...

Managed 10x200kg on third set of leg press so time to up that weight.
Right arm and shoulder was playing up though so went very light on the weights for those exercises
