Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

My road was clear this morning and no ice/frost on the cars so I thought it was going to be ok. 2 roads later and there was ice about so I tiptoed into work. I'm not in work tomorrow. I'll keep an eye out on the weather next week but it is looking like it's car season for me.

Re: The new improved fitness thread

warmed up with deadlifts then did a mixed back and shoulder routine, most of which was on cables.

I was doing low rows on the machine but a bloke used the machine next to me and he stank, really really bad, so I had to move. Dirty fecker.

Re: Trackday instruction / schools

... points. I would say that you would not get enough out of a race school as you are faster than many already and need one to one to take it to the next level. I would also add that what Simon Crafar teaches is actually at odds with what CSS teach at times. You also have to do CSS in the 1,2,3,4 ...

Re: Best all round tyres.

The road tax for older diesels has also been increased to the next group up.

Gammon and eggs. An often overlooked classic. You’re right - I haven’t had that for ages, I’ll remedy that in the next few weeks. (y) Currently enjoying fresh sourdough, I love it, but can rarely get it, our local mini mart has started selling half loaves of it in white, brown ...
