... then a reset should help. My IP Profile was 13Mb and my download speed was 0.5Mb, a reset changed my download speed to 9Mb. Will check when I get home Jon as the missus ran the last test and she won't have a scobby do if I tell he to do all that (giggle) Great info though, thanks mate.

Today's the day! Picking up the keys to our first home :)

Unfortunately Virgin can't reconnect our cable broadband for some reason, so looking down the route of a new package.

Any views on BT or Sky cable/TV packages?

BT comes out cheaper, but is an 18 month contract with less channels.

Absolutely nothing g apart from being annoyed that this TomTom Home doesn't work therefore can't update my Sat nav. No idea why it doesn't work either.
So I'm just stewing in bed refusing to do anything!
