Re: Top Gear Presenters to Amazon

I've always disliked Clarkson, an immature, bigoted twat, and whilst I dislike the PC brigade as much as most people I still couldn't take him. That said the prog helped subsidise the Beeb and there's plenty on there I do like, so sorry to see it go I guess. I'm not sure this Amazon thing is ...

Re: Top Gear Presenters to Amazon

I know what you mean Duke was never really a fan and rarely watched it.

When I did I actually quite liked Hammond and May but found Clarkson too far up his own arse for me to like him and found him to be a rather annoying old man trying to be something he is not imo.

Re: Waterproof textiles

Yeah I agree I was most probably sheltering him form the oncoming torrent of rain but still surprised that a relatively cheap suit didn't leak at all. It was incredibly windy most of the rain was coming sideways on or at least that's how it felt.

Well after my son decided it would be great to go down to Newquay on the back of the Multi I had to get him some gear. I had a spare helmet & gloves and he used my waterproof boots so we popped down to Fowlers in Bristol, I got him some ' Buffalo ' ( never heard of it before ...

Re: Kwacky's ongoing M7rr Metzeler review

There's a guy just down the road that does most of my work (Gary from the bike base or GS Tyres - two names same place!) He usually beats many other places for tyres around the local area. I'll prob give him a call and see what he can do. But £130 seems magic to me for a bloody good tyre
