Re: If you could go live anywhere....
... now if we want to leave the UK. My wife wouldn't leave her parents behind. I would leave in the blink of an eye but my wife wouldn't. She's not a great fan of change. Where to? Germany for me. Or maybe somewhere further afield, like Vietnam.

Re: Removing tyres
... If you can get away with storing them in your airing cupboard for at least 6 hours before hand it will help. If you have tyre warmers they are great to warm the rubber Use plenty of soap, you can't use too much. Wrap your tyre levers in tape. There's probably others, I can't remember right ...

... 170 quid rrp I want a cam with a screen on. One of the reasons I wouldnt buy a lot of cams. With wifi, you can use your phone as the screen. Works great for checking the angles quickly. Ahh you got the gps version or contour plus?... No WiFi on roam 2..

Re: ZZR1400 good touring tyres
They're what I've just had put on the Z1000. The mechanic also recommended them for mileage.
I've only put about 100 miles on then so I can't vouch for mileage claims or even how grippy they are as I'm still breaking them in. If I were going off first impressions though, they're great!

Look on it as an achievement.
As Frankie says there must be plenty of great memories in those 50 years.

I had the Knox one and it's was very sweaty Duke, great fit and the armour in the back felt snug and never moved but was way too hot for me.
