Shoulders this morning. Still girly weights as I ease my way back into things, but it feels great to get back into a routine. This will be my 2nd week of getting back on it, after this week I'm going to absolutely smash myself!

... am surprised it lasted as well as it did. However, I couldn't say if it was actually ok still by that time. I doubt it. The chain doesn't look too great now after around 4000miles. BUt it has been sat in this cold weather all shitty for about 3+ weeks which wont have helped.

B500 and black forest is epic. Been twice and some great roads in the area but be careful on the B500 can catch you out in places and been some nasty accidents.

Not a great review. To me looks like a lot of smoke yeah this is loads better bike than the 899 I have no dought it's an improvement. But I would be very surprised if It was such a big step.

For the track it sounds a great way of picking up a good bike for less. Even for the road it's a good idea. You just have to have all the documentsbof what went on and knowledge of how to repair it, or learn how to repair and work on it as a project.

... ? Is it all TV or specifically content by the BBC ? I'm not going to do it as don't mind paying for a TV lience and think the BBC produce some great content but sounds like if you don't want to pay it's difficult and unlikely you would be prosecuted.
