Re: Brexit thread

I wonder which way he voted?

It's long been known that British workers don't want to do large numbers of jobs. Getting rid of EU workers was never going to solve employment issues in this country.

Re: Test rode a BMW F900XR/Stonesies next new bike

I'm getting these ducks in a row nice and quick, just been chatting with Elsemade seats about a gel insert and he's doing that while I wait for £79 on Thursday...

And the paint protection kit has just arrived ;)
The only disappointment so far is that the Evotech radiator guard is out of stock.

Re: Getting the Mrs on the Back

With my ex it all depended upon how far we were going, her ninja 250 was not comfortable for long range rides, and she found my pillion seat comfortable on the Street Triple.
It's supposed to be fun so why not take the comfy option 8)

That’s what works for you Bob and that’s good, but my partner had never been on a bike before so to wait till she learnt to ride, get a licence, do her provisionals and get a bike they has a chance of keeping up would be years down the track. I bought her gear and we were off on weekends together w...

Re: Getting the Mrs on the Back

Just don't take people on the back. If they want to ride then make them get their own bike. When I was riding the Ducati 939 Supersport the wife had a new Monster 821. When we split up, the new girlfriend also has a Monster 821. I now have a BMW R1250RS so the girlfriend got her annual bonus from w...

Installed a new (very old) dishwasher, getting a haircut, going out for a family meal, putting the nursery furniture back in its place, assembling the baby play gyms and maybe even installing the baby monitor later.
