Re: Chris Evans the new host of Top Gear
Deegee, I would dispute that bikes are seen in a negative light in most countries.
From my experience, much of mainland Europe has a very different and positive attitude to bikers than that we see in the UK.

Re: Chris Evans the new host of Top Gear
Can't see a good balance of bikes & cars happening, the BBC will want to keep the winning format as it's their top seller abroad. Let's be fair bikes are seen in a fairly negative light in most countries, that'll probably reflect in any content recorded due to resultant saleability.

Re: Ace.
I had a Bonny for a day and that sounds pretty similar. The brakes were shocking but I'm used to a strong brake set up on my bikes.
I do like the look of the Thruxton though.

Just over 100hp, however the amount of sports bikes over here that don't sound crippled suggests to me there is a lot of remapping tbh. From what I understand France is going to drop the restriction soon as they were the only country in Europe to ...

... give it a look it may not be that much more expensive than his 600rr as the theft risk will be rated on value not increased performance and both bikes are equally as popular to thieves. Just trying to help it might be better than imagined is all I'm suggesting.

The ten is very different. Enjoyable but different. I did own other bikes at the same time as the Blades Rossgo, but hand on heart I think the two Blades I have owned have been my favourite bikes.

Re: Road-going Honda RCV unveiled
Being a replica it obviously has to replicate the bike it is a replica off.
Using 80% of the race bikes parts, looking identical and producing over 215 bhp its a very good replica imo.

Re: Road-going Honda RCV unveiled
... I don't like the bike, I think it's over priced, underpowered, bland to look at and from what I've heard it sounds poor. I think as special bikes go it's a let down. If that's Hondas version of a road going MotoGP bike then I think they've got it wrong. Kwacky signing out.
