The 899 replacement will be a 959cc bike. Sounds promising.

Re: Quad Bikes on the road
I think they're used under old laws which were to do more with agricultural machines, to allow farmers to drive a tractor on a public road without having to get a motorbike licence or wear a crash helmet.

Re: Quad Bikes on the road
I'm shocked they're allowed on the road at all!? The pictures weren't exceptionally clear, but with 4 people killed I'm assuming it was a side-by-side type? Regardless, while some US states allow them to be registered, mine doesn't, for this very reason. Even in those states that do, helmet and moto...

Quad Bikes on the road
I've never been a fan. I know I'm an old grouch but they do seem to attract a particular type of owner. Sadly 4 people have lost their lives after one was involved in a crash http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3251800/Pictured-Four-friends-died-16th-birthday-party-tragedy-sports-car-hit-unlicen...

... years and years said I'd love to do that so can't change that!! Also Maybe next time I visit my mate over in OZ we could have a weekend out on the bikes as last time he had his Gixxer but his duke was still at the garage due to the attempted theft, ignition barrel was screwed and had to wait for ...

Conquest carbon promo bike. Its featured on this month's fast Bikes mag and is used daily apparently. Bit OTT for my liking but still very nicely put together. http://www.899panigale.org/forum/attachments/899-aftermarket-parts-accessories/7753d1400253614-conquest-carbon-1199-full-carbon-img_1389.jpeg ...

Re: Volkswagen
How many bikes do you know that have a flat spot at about 4k??
I remember hearing about a Ferrari that would shut down half the cylinders if you held it at a specific RPM..
This has been going on for years, just nobody has made a furs about it until now.
IMO obviously.

Think of the marketing potential if Triumph showed up at a Tankslap track day with a few of their bikes and let us have a go. Real life feedback and honest opinions from real life bikers.
Just make sure they fit crash bungs on them.

Re: Classic GP Bikes
Has to be said that NSR in those colours is quite beautiful.
I do hope they have a Legends GP race in the uk at some point.
That said, I have seen two of those three race for real in GP and the other is a grumpy old fecker who once told me to move out the way.

Re: Road-going Honda RCV unveiled
If they committed to building (and selling obviously) a thousand of these over the next two years they could race it World Super Bikes in 2016 Good shout Monty (y) . TBH no reason why they coudn't race it next year and pull out in 2017 and hopefully enter a new CBR1000RR As such, the FIM ...
