Every time I start it really struggles to fire up. Today though....once I got riding, the speedo just sat at zero constantly.

Most of the roads where we lived in Brum were 20mph. No one stuck to that at all and no one enforced them either.

I've seen some crazy speeds being driven past schools in the 20mph limit.

Sadly a good idea but a waste of time and money :(
