Re: What ails you today?

Time.

So much to do and so little time. I'm looking after myself better today but the day is flying. I'm loving every minute of looking after my Wife and Baby.

I popped home while Bampy visited. An hour has passed and I'm only just getting dinner before I need to relieve him of his duty

Re: What are you Listening to today???

Just listened to it.... it fairly rocks!!
Great vocal & drumbeat, and a good solid chorus that gives you that familiar "I've heard that before somewhere"-feeling. ...You probably have, but it's still good nonetheless.

Re: What you watching?

... but she's got into Iron Fist so I've had to find something else to watch when I'm on my own. I've started Altered Carbon. Is Daredevil set before Punisher? That's the only way I can work it out in my head without googling it!

Re: What you watching?

Punisher is excellent. My lad is watching Daredevil before he gets in to Punisher.

I struggled with a Iron Fist. It's not my cup of tea.

Re: What are you doing today ??

Nahh a long way to go yet. Needs to be at least 3 intense contractions every 10 minutes for an hour before we go in. I anticipate getting woken up in the night tonight.

Re: What are you doing today ??

... baby again today so came in for a check and all is very good. Mrs Cav is getting contractions every 10 minutes and baby is moving lots immediately before each one. Baby movements trigger contractions which is why stretch and sweeps are so good as they agitate baby causing movements and hopefully ...

Kawasaki Z H2 SE - A brief hoon

... Oh go on then :) A stunningly beautiful day, blue sky, mid 20's, and no wind.. Perfect riding weather !! Took the BMW round some country lanes before getting there to warm myself up and get back in the swing of riding. Then I remembered it was a guided demo, and the last time I did one of those ...

I got out on the bike before work yesterday and got to see some lovely scenery. I also saw a Red Kite... they're making a bit of a return to Gloucestershire at the moment. Annoyingly, multiple parts of the Severn Way were either blocked, ...

Re: What ails you today?

Like Kwacky wrote, you've got to take care of yourself before you can take care of someone else. If you're not 100%, then they don't get 100%. You might think it's selfish - and maybe it is to an extent - but not in a bad way, as the end result is positive ...
