Re: One life already claimed at the TT

... is less, but how long until they stick a means of slowing them down on the Mountain Mile? Or Verandah? The logic seems to be to slow the riders before the "big" corners to make it safer. Just disrupts the flow IMHO and increases the probability of comings-together or red mist.

Re: Michael Dunlop switches teams

... where if he wins he is a god and if he doesn't come close he's a knob. :D The top ones don't have to qualify as they have their slots decided before. The rest do have to qualify but I think they have to do 3 laps and a reasonable time (I think)

Re: Michael Dunlop switches teams

Apparently the BMW didn't arrived in time for tonights practice so he might actually get less time than he would have had on the r1. He now only has Friday practice before Saturdays superbike race.

Re: Michael Dunlop switches teams

Totally agree Cookie and I'm sure most of the paddock do too. He has upset manufacturers with stupid stunts before but has now let down teams, sponsors, mechanics, owners, fans, Yamaha, the list goes on. This can't end well for him surely. Makes you would if anyone is giving ...

Re: Michael Dunlop switches teams

Apparently the new team are on the boat this afternoon and will arrive an hour or so before practice!

Bad form IMO. Should have given them more of a chance. Lots of money wasted :(

Re: New Phone Suggestions

Been looking in the shops today whilst had time to kill before a flight.

The chap said I need more than 500mb of data as apps and sites viewed in HD will use more data. Is he talking out of his anus ????

I've never gone over 500mb as 99% of the time I'm on Wi-Fi

Hell yeah. He must have had a good exit clause. They whole team is on the island and he's just wasted all there time and money. At least ditch them before the TT!

Re: Chain and sprockets

That was a good find Blade. I'm thinking of gearing down mine too, I was short shifting into 6th down the straight and still hitting 170 mph + well before redline, plus it was a bit low in the rev's thru all the 3rd gear section of the track. Just waiting to get home to see what gearing is on it ...

Re: What are you doing today ??

... Had a look. Nope, not a black spot sweetie. It's a tick. And judging by the look of it, a pretty bloody full one! I watched another couple of laps before the guilt got to me. So, off to the pet shop to get a tick remover, some antibacterial powder and a particularly stinky beef knuckle as a treat ...
