Re: Fasting diet

... in all honesty 10-12 hour days in quite a physical environment I was shattered and couldn't be arsed to make any lunch so would compensate for it before and after work. I looked at my weight only a couple months ago and realised I was pushing 70kg and trousers were beginning to not fit me again. ...

Re: Stolen Tiger 800XC

I'm thinking of saving for a few months to buy a bike outright rather than finance it. I'll see what position I'm in when the insurance get sorted. I was on hold for 37 mins with the insurance before giving up today. I sent an email instead. Wankers.

Fingers crossed get all the insurance sorted out soon.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

... As always it was great to meet up with Mick and have a fun day bombing around a track. They will send us our lap times via email sometime like before. I know when I did some timing on the wall for Mick on one session he was doing consistent 1.45's, if like last time I would be about 7/8 seconds ...

Savings maybe, but I can't see payrises coming in. It won't be long before Zero Hours Contracts are the norm. Depends on the area of work I guess. My money is now above what I was earning when things were booming . 7 years of slow work has seen a big gap ...

Hungry!!!! I don't like the sound of it so far :D Guess you can't have a drink either (gah) TBH i have never dieted as such in my life before so this is a learning curve for me. There are allegedly health benefits aside from the losing of weight to this one. The plan reckons the first three ...

Workers rights are being eroded. It won't be long before the zero hours contract becomes standard. A lot of the rights we enjoy come from European law. The Tories will do all they can to override that and give all the power back to the employers, ...
