... front wheel off and unbolted the brake disks to have a proper look. One of them is bent. Properly bent. No way was that disc like that last year before the end of the season. Therefore the useless twunt who came to ours and replaced the tyres in Feb has bent it along with scratching god knows ...

... take out the pistons this time and rebuild them, then if thats not the problem i guess it must be the discs. Silly thing is the discs were fine before the winter. I'm really, really fed up of brake fluid now |(

... is the unwritten rule for 3 abreast... A 60mph limit is just that...it's not required to do that speed. Bicycles have been on the roads long before cars ever were.....it's motorized traffic that needs to adapt.....you guys are the newbs, not us. Plus, they should let us on the motorways, ...

Dull and boring ride into work today.

I spent the journey trying to decide if I should get a new rear tyre before I go to France or after. The jury is undecided but before seems to be winning at present.

Shoulders and traps. Morning session went well, used the same weights as before I burnt out. Feel like I could go up to the next weight next week. Lunchtime session saw me again lifting the same as I did before the burn out, but this time with the rest period ...

I know that with a couple of my clients who run small fleets of Company cars, the insurers insist on one or two of the drivers using a black box all the time due to their accident/speeding records. Doubt it will be many years before that filters down to all of us.
