Can understand you being unhappy but also unusal for Mike who has always given you good service before.
Personally if Mike is too busy and the lad at Kawasaki Birmingham has offered to look at for you I would get it over to Birmingham asap.

I wonder if that's the reason Kwak UK want the QS removed, because they've seen them cause problems before? I'm guessing that they're not interested in which QS is on there, just the fact that there's one installed.

I got given a pass for a Euro Trackday this year as a last hoorah before knuckling down and buying a house so I doubt I'll be able to go next year as well.

... of getting used to. As in, gas it in your street, the bike falls over, and you spend an hour or so fixing the scratch marks on the engine cover before taking it back to the dealer. Who is not fooled for a moment, I might add. (facepalm)
