Re: 400kmph
Apparently he only had 26 seconds to hit that speed as pirelli said they wasn't sure if tyres would take it.
And that bridge has just been built in Turkey so went over it before they opened it .
He asked there president he said yes he could do it

Re: 400kmph
Fair play to the lad, that's very quick on a stretch of road that you can't make mistakes on, if it drifts off course just a little it'd be curtains at that speed, big balls I think.
Fwiw, I'd deffo have a go, but the same as Jack - my survival instinct may well kick in before I saw 400kph.

The Special Air Service was actually named after one of those fake units, and then after Stirling et al had a few disastrous attempts parachuting ...

Re: First death in an automated car
There'll be deaths even after they're all automated methinks....failure of the programming to differentiate sh*t. Like you say, it's an aid to assist drivers, not something to stake your life on.
This happened before too....not a fatality, but some wreck in Colorado or some other podunk place.

I'd like to think I'd give it a go.. I don't suffer tunnel vision until I'm barely accelerating anymore so would probably manage about 350 before my wrist turns the throttle off for me haha.

What an absolute shambles. I wonder if Johnson knows there is no stomach for signing Article 50 in Parliament? He put his career before the future of the country and now we have a referendum decision that makes no sense economically with no government willing to see it through. We are ****.

Adjusted the levers and gear lever. I think a gorilla owned it before me! The only job outstanding on it is rego change and battery for the key.

Re: Aprilia Rs250
... The Shock is pitted on the rod and they don't come apart very easily. He said that it is not designed to come into pieces and he has done one before and snapped the rod. It would cost £250 if everything went ok and thats nearly after market money. The forks are also pitted and would need re-chroming ...

The irony is he's not actually that left wing. What he is though is someone that actually gives a shit and doesn't put himself or his party before the people.

The weekend before saw the usual prep on the bike and a few requests for favours. Someone local kindly lent me a gazebo incase the weather turned and Jack very ...

Lorenzo was down at 18th in the first race...
I was gutted last night watching the race - I recorded it but because of the red flag and restart I only saw 2 laps of the restart before I got an "end of program" message!!!!

We will have been here 5 years before full and final brexit occurs but as you say it depends how expats are treated. France doesn't follow all the EU rules (which is where the UK ...
