I really enjoyed the womens hockey. Never really watched it before. Watched some of the Golf, boxing and BMX racing too.

The handball thing looked like a shit sport.

Even watched 10mins of Badminton.

I think this was the most of any Olympics I've watched.

I stuck to the service intervals until I noticed my gear shifts going bad at 2-3k then I would just change it as and when. With trackdays, no more than 3 before an oil change.

... needle in my foot where they tried both elbows, hands then finally got it in my foot of all places. The operation itself was a success just the before and after that was hectic. If you can take any comfort from the fact I'm as much of a d!ck now as I was before the operation then I'm glad!! :D

He'll love it, wish my dad had done that for me. I'd bought a selection of tools before I joined the Airforce and while away they went missing. I found out after I'd re-stocked it was the old fella that had scored them :(

... like a sure footed beast and the lower revs but higher torque (compared to a 4 cylinder) is catching me out, it's taking me a glance at the speedo before I realise I'm going 30-40 km faster than I sensibly should be! The new one must indeed be a beast. (devil)

There should be some exceptional deals on new bikes over the winter as the majority of current models will have to be preregistered before 1 january if they don't meet Euro 4 rules.
