Just had a phone call from JHP asking if I would like my exhaust system cleaned and polished ( not shiny finish) as they are taking a number down to the polishers. Seems silly not too. I've spent many a winter hour trying to clean it up before.

... it up from free adds it towed brilliant it had metro car wheels it would do 90. if you don't mind doing some work I have a horse box that I bought before the van yes it's a heavy beast but with a small Amount of work would make a great bike trailer

Bike trailers are light, and easy to tow. However the only thing they are any good for is towing bikes. Great idea, but utterly impractical given the location and road links, plus given the current economic climate it was only a matter of time before this ran out of backing from the money men. Sadly not unlike Anglesey - great track, but in the wrong place.

... a couple of exercises. I'm doing Starting Strength, which I believe is very similar. It's already programmed into my fitness app as I've done it before, so that's one less thing to worry about.

... 25 as I went through in 2nd gear. As soon as I cleared the last cone I dropped it to first gear and had a chance to unleash my bike for 1 mile before my exit. Oh.. and I had the Racefit on !! (lol) I'm pretty sure I made that copper's day!
