... self out now, but I've managed to get some good cardio training in on the cross trainer and bikes. I've booked back up with the personal trainer again, going to get a focus on getting rid of the spare tire round the waist and building a bit of upper body strength.

... over the other side of the bike, my right leg and pulled muscle don't have the energy to hold the weight and the bike goes down on the right again. I managed to get back on the bike and ride off before anyone saw me.

... the evenings are very well catered for hotels are top notch. I went on my own the first time, and was looked after really well, hence going again. These were two days on track, this time it will be 3 days on track, but even two days is plenty to be fair, for 10am to 5 or 6 with an hour break ...
