Again sorry to hear all of this. Must be such a hard time but the fact your able to be so calm over it and show no anger is amazing, you never know how your react until something happens and it's nice to see your not gunning for them at fault.

... case (which has a built in mounting point but is made of a clear pllastic) is there movement/vibration, So I thik the solution is to try again not using the waterproof mount. But with our weather I would really prefer to have the camera inside the case.

... bike wasn't overly keen. I wouldn't say it ran rough, but it wasn't as smooth as normal. A couple of tanks of 95 through and it's bag to normal again.

Alan and Chris, I would take the fan off and clean the rad fins out. To be honest it's not a big job to take the rad off an clean it properly.
I did mine a few years ago and while it was off sprayed it with exhaust paint

Didnt Tim have problems with his over heating and it turned out to be a faulty water pump ?? :? Not sure if it was a faulty water pump so much as a faulty water pump fitter (giggle) Hub's bike had an overheating problem that he never got to the bottom of though.
