Slowly getting back into the training now my back and thumb are a bit more sorted.
Once I get into the swing of the new contract I'm going to restart the sessions with the trainer, and hopefully start doing some road running again.

There are illegal and uninsured drivers in birmingham?
Totally agree that uninsured drivers should be targeted everywhere. If proven a serial offender they should be banned for life IMO and then jailed if caught again.
