Non compete clauses are generally very difficult to enforce.

Sounds like a knob. Everyone moves on from time to time. Especially after 20 years. A new job will inspire you again, not just about the money.

... I had forgotten the rear tyre is fooked. Next thing on the long shopping list. The good news is I've worked out how to get it through the gate, so after I get back from holiday it's coming home for good and living under a cover until a she gets sorted.
