Re: What are you doing today ??

I've booked a 60 minute session but they do 30 minute sessions as well. Wow no way my leg would be way to sore after 60 mins. I would be interested in how much this relieves the soreness you have as I feeling some aches and pains after the accident and think a good stretch would ...

That sounds like a good one. Was the 140kg for reps or a max effort?

Re: Oxford Protex Stretch Cover

Holy thread resurrection... As I've not got the RSV back at home, but an still without a shed, I needed a decent cover and after reading this post decided to go with the Oxford. I have to agree with kwacky on the fact this doesn't fell like an outdoor cover at all, it's very light and ...

Shoulders this morning. Still girly weights as I ease my way back into things, but it feels great to get back into a routine. This will be my 2nd week of getting back on it, after this week I'm going to absolutely smash myself!

Re: New Toy

Tbh I did think I would go for a remap but after driving it I don't think it needs it as its a genuinely quick car as standard and feels as quick as the 911 I test drove on the road at least although on track Im sure the 911 would blitz it. I ...

... it lasted as well as it did. However, I couldn't say if it was actually ok still by that time. I doubt it. The chain doesn't look too great now after around 4000miles. BUt it has been sat in this cold weather all shitty for about 3+ weeks which wont have helped.

Finally after a very long time of looking I've took the plunge and bought a second car. I went of the idea of a 911 after a previous scare and always liked the wife's BMW so decided a cabriolet would be a great family sunny day ...
