Re: A new slapper

We were in Lichfield birth centre. No doctors or theater so you have to be low risk, but its a much nicer environment. We have been only ones here (kate stayed over night) with 3 staff. So have been well looked after

Re: A new slapper

... in labour and only two midwifes so we got left alone a fair bit, so I kept 'checking' the gas to make sure it was still 'working' (lol) HAHA After Will was born (first one) Sarah went for a bath so I strapped myself in and went for a ride. I was on it for about 15 minutes before the midwife ...

Re: The new improved fitness thread

Aha.. it's flat that ruins me because I rarely do it. I used to get really bad shoulders after chest but when I worked on my form I managed to eliminate that.. now I arch my back a bit and pull my shoulder blades in at the back. Not sure about yourself but I used to ...

Re: Chain mileage

They seem to be a bunch of patronising fecktards on that site. Now someone is being told off for not cleaning his bike after each ride, WHICH IS THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENT OF BIKE OWNERSHIP.

I've not set any dates in stone but the majority of trackdays there are on weekdays due to racing there ...

Re: Gaming thread

Apparently, it's my privacy settings. They're set to "Friends of Friends" (which I do not ever remember doing) and I cannot find anywhere to change them. I will, though.

**** Sony and their **** shitty PSN. It's embarrassingly bad after all this time. Especially now they're charging for it.

Re: Slappers in France - June 2016

The over night ferries are a good option. Few beers, food, comfy bed and then breakfast. But the best bit is they land you in France between 8 and 9 in the morning which is just about perfect after a nice breakfast. Plus it either gives you an extra full day riding or saves you a night in a hotel

After 7 years at my current firm, today is my last day. At a bit of a loose end really as I can't do anything.

Just looking forward to the new challenge ahead.
