I'm after a new lid for this year and I've been thinking about trying AGV as never tried one so I'll pop to J&S in the next couple of weeks and try one, I saw a good deal on a Simoncelli rep with a tinted visor for less than £200 online but I'd like to try one for fit first.

Chillin tonight, work tomorrow then out for a meal at TGI's for my nephews birthday then a soul night in Cannock, Sunday I'm off for a change so taking the wife to the shops them might fettle with the bike.

Not long back they've cut all the infection out but it's left a big open wound on her back that looks very nasty, up to 6 weeks wearing a collar and loads of medication to give her but it'll all be worth it in the end.

At the vets this morning my eldest cat is a poorly girl.

Still haven't done any training, loads of cardio and manic at work so running round like a nutter means my weight as dropped below 11 stone but I feel weak and need to find some time to lift some weights.

Did an 11 hour day yesterday thinking I'd have an easier day today but had a text at 6.30 off a member of staff who has toothache [emoji35] so out 8am and won't be back till after 7pm god I love my job [emoji107]
