Re: Timber .....

As the bike is okay, and you're not too badly damaged, does that mean we can laugh at you now?

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Took it out for a ride with one of the lads at work. We'd agreed before we even left work that we weren't going to do silly speeds, no dodgy overtakes and nothing dangerous. Just a nice sedate ride to get out on the bikes and have a laugh. ...with the prospect of getting out on my first rideout of ...

Re: What are you eating ??

I'm experimenting tonight, by cooking Hunters Chicken. It's no epic feat of culinary skills by any means, but it is a change from just bunging some chips in the oven.

And to accompany, I shall be bunging some chips in the oven!

If you did an open pitlane and still only did 20 minute sessions but decided you only wanted 20 minutes rest and then go out again, you've g...

Re: Confidence, ever lose it ?

As others have said Stew, it'll come back to you. Especially if you keep getting out there on it. My confidence has never been fantastic, and isn't helped by a) the occasional crash, and b) winters. These new tyres I've got, the improved weather we've had recently and following a mate who has a bit ...

There's also the factor of how fast the plane was going and the angle of it when it hit the water. A heavy impact is going to tear the plane apart and whatever's inside it isn't going to fare too well.

And will keep an eye out for the odd looks whilst I butter up my bike and give it a perm!

Factory sticker removal

Now that I'm back off my course I can start to look at the bike pressies I got last weekend. One of the goodies is a decal set, so I need to clean and degrease the tank, but more importantly I need to get those annoying stickers off the tank. You know the ones? Those annoying ones that tell you to o...
