10 miles on the coastal path yesterday, (cornwall) so it isn't flat! and 8 miles today in the other direction. with a couple of miles added on for the running about on the beaches looking for a good shot. Just done a large dinner, large Cornish Gin, summer something or other.... just gone half 8 and...

If anyone is wondering where all the motorcycle police are, well its Windsor, they were in packs of 6, everywhere, and at filling stations have a break.

I have watched a couple of "Our Queen" type tributes, as there is a lot on as you would imagine. I know she is not related to me, but I do feel a strange sense of loss and emotion, very strange.

Full Chain and Sprocket change, I cant believe how much crud was around the front cog! I managed to get a free chain link tool with it (AFAM) I have to say once I checked the YouTube help video it was really easy to use.

As always I do enjoy cutting the old one off....
