Yes i had around 5cm of slack where the manual states 2-3cm preferred. It's going in on Friday so i will ask them to check it just in case.

Re: Cookie's Street Triple 765 R

Chain tension sorted over the weekend - it's surprising how much a new chain stretches. Much better now.

I've also sorted the first service for first thing on Friday so i'll be taking a VERY long way home :D

So we take it you're not missing the RSV? Only on dual carriage ways when you want to get a wriggle on. I miss the fairing. Apart from that, nope. It was a good relationship with the RSV, we did a lot together, but the time to change was right. Same with the RC8 - i miss the power but only onto lon...

Very expensive, but if it's going to keep you dry and guarantee that it's probably worth it.

How long do you expect it to last / whats the guarantee.

It does look nice.

He seems happy with it. I'd have done more planning in terms of alternative routes - the Alps can be very unpredictable.

That bike delivery service looked brilliant. I fancy an Alps trip on the Street :)

Interesting as the commentators thought Ducati were fuel saving so they could turn them up at the end. I really don't like racing that restri...
