Re: Chain mileage
But back on topic. I'm at Kwak Birmingham on Friday so I'll ask them how much an OEM set is then compare prices. The bike needs a service so I might get them to do it all at the same time.

There are some miserable old gits on that site, no wonder it's quiet. The moment someone asks a question you're sure to get a "have you tried the search option?" reply.

Good session tonight. Back on the 140kg deadlifts. That was after pull ups. Finished off with a HIIT sprinting session on the treadmill.

Re: Chain mileage
This one has got some life left in it but I'm doing 350 miles a week so I need to plan ahead. There's a service at 15,000 and I'm currently at 13,000 miles so I'm looking to see if it's cheaper to get new chain and sprockets at the service or separate.

Chain mileage
What do people get on average from their chains? I'm being told my some knowitall on the SX forum that getting 15,000 from a chain on a 1 liter bike I ride in winter is evidence I don't ride my bike correctly. I give it 3 days before I'm banned. no mechanical sympathy for your ride eh I'm surprised ...

Got a few funny looks this morning as the ACF50 burnt off ![Big Smile :D](./images/smilies/emoticon-0102-bigsmile.gif)
Pipes sound decent at low revs. Not much extra noise from them to be honest.

Nice ride in this morning. The roads were dry and it wasn't cold. Plus there was a stunning sunrise to witness.
