I was warned off DID a few years ago, but by all accounts they took on board the criticism and they're not back to being high quality
The issue I'm told is that they were failing in races due to the change in quality of the chains.

Kwacky's Kwik KTM 1190 Adventurer Review
I'm at work so I'll do a brief post now and flesh it out later. I've got this as a bike for the day while they work on z1000sx. First impressions - it's no beauty but looks sturdy and practical. That seat looks very tall, which is confirmed when I finally sit on it. I'm just shy of 6 foot and I can ...

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
Blade I left it to Kwak to decide on the chain and sprockets. The mechanic told me that the OEM stuff on the SX is very good so I might end up with that.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
Yeah exactly.. he took me to my first trackday too and was keen to get me racing with him in an Endurance team but sadly, on that very trackday he crashed at 120mph on the kink at Pembrey and hasn't been the same since - he was in hospital for a few days with head injuries and has since fainted mul...

Re: In, out or shake it all about?
I keep hearing we give the EU £55 million a day which is shocking with the the way our schools, hospitals and indeed all public services are currently under funded and under resourced. Can some one please explain what value we get back for this huge sum of money. DUKE suggested we get more out than...

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
Anyway, they gave me one of these to play with:- http://indianautosblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/KTM-1190-Adventure.jpg I asked about taking the zzr1400 out as I'm tempted by one next year to replace the SX. However their new demo zzr isn't in and they've sold the old one. I'll do a review of ...

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
£450 for the full service, chain and sprockets supplied and fitted and crash bungs fitted. I did shop around but Blade was closer. Mike offered the same for £400 but without a courtesy bike which B'ham Kwak have supplied. To be honest I want a Kawasaki dealership to do the work on this bike as I bou...

Managed to stub my big toe in the right foot and break it. The pain is horrible, it's making me feel sick.
Putting my biking boots on and trying to change gear will be fun.

Re: The new improved fitness thread
My shoulders are pretty poor and the right burns out very quickly. I'm always wary of it flaring up so I don't do too much shoulder work. Back is ace. I trained with my old PT instructor on Friday and he gave me a couple of good back exercises where you hold the weight to tire the muscles then carry...
