Re: poorly kwak
It wasn't that bad a noise to be honest. I had noticed it last week so thought it was time to start doing some investigating. I was going to ask Mike about it today.
When it started going on the CBR600rr it was really loud.

poorly kwak
On my way to Mike's. Bike seems fine. About 20 miles into the ride there's a rattle from the front right, by the side of the tank. Bike starts to lose power than dies. I started it as I was rolling along and it did the same thing so I coasted to a stop. The bike does start but it's rattling. No engi...

Re: Project ZX6R
Balls.
The bike rattled then died on the way to Mikes. I suspect the CCT failed. No idea if that's the case or what the damage is. Mike will take a look next week and give me the good or bad news.

A gentle ride suits me. I've been using the SX so much I've forgotten how to ride a sportsbike.

Re: There's never a copper around when you need one
When I got pulled on the Sprint RS I called my mate who is a partner specialising in criminal law. He didn't mention to me about getting the NIP in person. He told me about the 14 day rule but nothing else.

Re: There's never a copper around when you need one
If you are stopped by the Police, there is no obligation to issue a Notice of Intended Prosecution if you have been spoken to and cautioned for the offence. In this regard, if the Police Officer says something as basic as "you are nicked" or "you can argue that in Court", that w...

Re: There's never a copper around when you need one
I got pulled about 14 years ago on the M6 for undertaking. Again I was doing a good speed. The driver was a seasoned and sensible copper, the passenger a young twot. As the younger one started to rant and get all aggressive you could see the driver was getting a bit pissed off with his colleague. Th...
