Re: Mr Postman
I've used them more often than not - really good prices all the time!
I don't tend to buy the bars and flapjacks etc though, they're expensive and typically not very enjoyable. I do have the SIS electrolyte gels though - they're very good after intense cardio or swimming!

Re: Mr Postman
I agree with you in terms of the Whey but the USN Hardcore with they Creatine is really nice. I haven't had an issue with mixing since I started putting the powder in AFTER the water. I got all of this stuff for £35 with 27% discount so it was pretty cheap. I've heard of CNP but the price puts me of...

I really hope they do.. it's close enough for me to call local and it would be insanely good!
The last hurdle is the Welsh Government apparently, I would have thought you would start from the top and work your way down with something this size

Re: Mr Postman
Typically what I can get a good deal on. The best stuff I've used it USN Hardcore Whey Gh. It has a small amount of Creatine in it which means you don't need to cycle it and the recovery is brilliant. I've been using Optimum Health Whey lately as it was 10kg for £60 or so which I couldn't pass on. T...

I drive 25miles to work each way when I'm in the office - 20 miles of which is Motorway so it only takes me about 25minutes.
Yesterday I was working in Portsmouth - left the house at 0600 and I got to the site at 0840. I did the job and was at the gym before 1400.

Which IAM Group are you a part of Rossgo? I did mine through CCAM (Cheltenham & Cotswolds). I've done maybe 3 rideouts with them since though and don't really have a great deal to do with them as more and more I am converting to Track only riding. How do you find it? Are they preaching IPSGA to ...

Noooo - not the semi active suspension. I think you should have proper suspension that you adjust yourself and it stays as you made it - it doesn't change itself half way through a corner

Ahaha.. God only knows !!
It's okay if you know your bikes but if you're buying your first bike or something it's a little unfair really - they aren't going to know what they're buying

Re: H2R Brands Hatch lap
The inters group does have some of the worst riders IMO.. those people that think they're Rossi and are dangerous. They have an attitude problem too and they ask you a question but don't listen to the answer - or they already know the answer. You do get some really good riders in Inters as well thou...
