Re: DaytonAndy's 1299s Panigale
A little edit to say that maybe "plenty of life left" was a bit of an exaggeration! Had a little look at them last night and they are definitely showing signs of wear. There's still a few miles left though and to be fair, they have spent a significant percentage of their life at well into ...

Re: DaytonAndy's 1299s Panigale
Yeah put the Michelin's on a couple of days before we left. They have about 2500 miles on them now and plenty of life left. I'll swap back to Supercorsas for summer (higher ultimate grip and easier to lean right over) but as a do anything tyre I rate them highly.

Re: DaytonAndy's 1299s Panigale
The photo files were too large to upload to Tankslap so I loaded them onto Imgur, not sure why you couldn't view them Ross. The tyres are Michelin's new power RS and are pretty good in all conditions including heavy rain! They don't look like they should be but it's to do with clever stuff about how...

Re: DaytonAndy's 1299s Panigale
Had loads to do yesterday but the sun came out so I went out for a little run over to Capel-Curig in Snowdonia. Typically now summer's gone I feel like I'm starting to get to grips with the Pani a bit. I had an absolute blast! Went out much longer than I intended as it was getting cold and dark when...

Re: Joke of the day
I'm a risk analyst for a major insurance firm, so when my wife and I were planning a birthday party for our seven-year-old, Crispin, my mind naturally turned to liabilities. We'd settled on the theme of a "backyard carnival", complete with a swing set, a trampoline, merry-go-round, and a g...

I liked the TDR take on it that you could run a wet and a slick tyre on it so you never have to come in to change tyres

Designated Survivor. Kiefer Sutherland plays the designated survivor who becomes president when the rest of the us government gets wiped out in a terrorist attack.
One episode became four pretty quickly so enjoying it so far.

I'd be surprised if you got any money off insurance for having it. I don't think most even offer discount for a tracker.

Re: DaytonAndy's 1299s Panigale
I've fitted the Ducati Performance race seat and been out for a blast. It's taller than standard which seems to really improve your position on the bike. It's much easier to grip the tank now and it's more comfortable than standard as a bonus! Up to now I've been running mostly in sport mode which u...

Went out for a little bimble last week. Rode a section without earplugs and the nose that thing makes really is special. Everyone I pass is so lucky
