Re: Weekend plans

Have a cracking day tomorrow Cavetroll, & don't bother getting nervous.: Being worried will not effect what will or will not be said, it will just marr your enjoyment of what should be one of the best days of your life. Not worth it IMHO. Just chill mate, & laugh at what life may bring. Reme...

:D I think the lesson to take from from this is.: If you want to lay one on someone wearing full track gear, you need to make it an accurate uppercut to the chin or you'll just look a bit of a girl.

Re: Halal meat

Personally I don't give a flying funk about the religion aspect.
People can do all the chanting & crap the want, if that's what turns them on. I won't effect the food one dot IMHO.

However I really do resent any suffering that is resultant from such outmoded activities.

Re: Halal meat

Babyblade I think I read somewhere that if you eat too much long pork it has a physiological effect. (In case you were thinking of a new staple diet based round Barbecued Builder) .....maybe if we had to slaughter the meat ourselves we might see it differently. Frankly, that's what galls me.: I see ...

Re: Halal meat

I'm interested to hear what Hippy's take on this will be. I struggle with the morality of "meat production" as it is. But when the creatures are killed inhumanely, just to pander to the beliefs & customs laid down by our ancestors, it really makes my blood boil. In many ways I could qu...

Welcome along Mr W.

Incidently if you think describing yourself as "General Buikder" will confuse BB41 enough to avoid her wrath, you may be mislead.

Finally finished all the jobs on the zx10r and now it's all track ready.. Looking very tidy Rob. Great track tools IMHO. My trackday buddy Leigh has the same version. I have a clip on my Youtube with my Gopro mounted on his ZX10 when we were at Donington last year. It’s here, if you’re interested.:...
