Re: Buying online - basic contract law
From a UK Consumer Rights website "The legally binding contract is complete when a retailer accepts an order. However, acceptance does not necessarily happen at the point of order. Even the confirmation email may not be an acceptance. Some retailers reserve the right to cancel an order up to th...

Re: Buying online - basic contract law

No stock etc /rips up law degree Yeah wtf would you know Kwacky :D :D :D Lets just hope the person filling the order is as stupid as the person that listed the helmet. Maybe it was a disgruntled empl...

Re: Mr Postman
I took delivery of a brand new mattress yesterday.... Silentnight Mirapocket. I was worried it was going to be too firm when we first got it but it's absolutely perfect. No springs poking in my ribs which is soooo underrated !! Can't under value the benefits of a good mattress. I sleep in a crappy ...

Official estimates are in. 5 or 6 ciders Anywhere between 10 and 12 Jaegerbombs. I got in at 0400. But due to the 5 or 6 cans of red bull within the Jaegerbombs, I didn't manage to sleep. At all. I've been trying to teach this morning. I'm convincing no-one! Top effort.. dark glasses on and self st...

Re: Kwacky's biking plans
I've not heard of MV dealer problems. I have had a read of the MV Forums and so far there are no known issues with the 800. Cav - the Brutale is a triple A mate bought the F4 312 Kwacky. Had radiator problems, leaks from brand new. Took months and months to get it sorted. Only one main dealer in Sy...

Picking up this little guy 8) Aww cute mate, is that a ridgeback? Of course 8) 8 weeks old. Spends his life eating, biting, piddling and sleeping :D Lovely to have one again. I needed a break from them, but always felt a little empty. I know what you mean, I've wanted to get another Weimaraner for ...

Re: Kwacky's biking plans
Super-naked Kiwi.. that'd be my thing. V4 or V-twin though, you can't have an inline 4 naked IMO I've got the big V-twin in the Multi Cav, if I get a second bike I want something as a keeper. Hence I'm doing my best to get the 748S. The lass that owns it has had it since new and it is immaculate, s...

Re: What do you want to vent about today?
I've never crashed on the road ***touches wood*** the scooter was always in carparks being an idiot and trying to wheelie it (never hit a car thou' R34PER!) and about three times going into my driveway as it was light gravel and I kept going in too hot. Once on my RZ250 rather drunk, in my dads back...

Maybe take him under your wing and teach him a thing of two!
Mind you my first bike was a scooter and I seemed to come off that thing almost weekly! 30 yrs later and still kicking! (and crashing )

So... I'm not sure where this should go, as it could fit into about 3 threads, but seeing as I've had 4 ciders and 7 Jaegerbombs so far... We're currently listening to these guys... http://www.sl-ents.com/elmorerow.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; They're pretty good. Th...

Re: Kwacky's biking plans
It's a pity the after sales support in Aussie is so bad because I really like them. I'm seriously thinking of selling the track bike as I'm not going to get much of a chance to take it out now having the kids solo (to do a track day I have to leave home at 5.30am and wouldn't get back till 6.30-7 pm...
