Just got driven in to a hotel near the airport and flying to NZ tomorrow morning for the week.

Mouth watering It wa a pretty bloody good to be honest. I struggle to find meals I can do that suit both kids, and I refuse to cook seperate meals. I got them onto cutlets a while back but Christ they are expensive. So I thought I'd try a rack as a cheaper option. Turned out to be a hit and the yum...
