I'm not worried about the fuel, more the tyres. A brand new tyre lost 0.5mm in 90 miles. That's going to be under a 1000 miles before new rubber is needed.

I take it you have these on 1000rr as well ? They will get snapped up very quickly. I want a pair for the ten and they go for very strong money on eBay.

Those croc locks sound a much better idea and offer a better visual deterrent too as even the thief's don't notice disc locks till they crack your mudguard for you

I hate you that was such a deceitful trick to play, you even voted for that can in my poll.

That's why I won't use a disc lock. They offer very little security but virtually guarantee a crack mudguard at some point as its just to easy to forget there there.
