Didn't you like the cans you had on your speed triple? I thought they looked good.

The silver are the originals and the black the new ones. Attachments load backward for some reason to what you upload them (so the first pics are at the bottom.)

Re: Cleaned, new exhausts, levers and pegs.

Hmmm, attachments end up posting in the wrong order to what you upload them, but basically work from the bottom up on the speed triple, and you should see the dirt and silver cans giving way to a cleaner bike and black cans.

Cleaned, new exhausts, levers and pegs.

Ok the levers and pegs aren't for my bike, but my old mans after he dropped the bike and snapped them last ride out. Gave mine a much needed clean though and fitted some nicer looking cans. Nothing special, essentially just black versions of the standard can. Sounded nice though, so dunno if maybe t...

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Bike is filthy. So gonna go round my old man's to clean it. Also gonna fit the new levers and foot pegs to my dad's bike from where he fell off. And damaged them. Then gonna fit some new exhausts. Nothing special. Will take a pic.

Just try them out. You don't have to sell it them so can walk away if they end up being R'sholes.

Re: The new improved fitness thread

Did a 6.4mile run yesterday after work (aim was 10K minimum) and longest run I've done so far this year. Finished in 48 mins 30sec. which works out at just under 7min 40 miles. Not too bad as course was quite hilly. More enjoyable too as it went along contry roads so nicer views. I also finished alo...

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

I did enjoy working my way through the traffic this morning on the M6. Bloody cold though. It was. greasy raods too. My ABS cut in a few times on the rear. I also wheel spinned when I accelerated to overtake. Thing was I was already doing around 30mph. These Dunlop qualifiers are ok, but can't help...

Left it at home as I am going for a run after work, and it's meant to be raining and I can't be bothered to shower at work and put my ggear on.

Re: Gear Indicators

I never thought I'd use it, but on the Kwack I did find myself glancing at it when commuting. Now on the speed triple I don't have one again, and all of a sudden realised how much I had been looking at it. I don't think its needed as you are either in the right gear or not. It is useful when cruisin...

If we are comparing cars, I have a 53 plate Hyundai Santa Fe.

Not sure if it is named after Father Christmas or the place in california. As it is a bit fat and wallowy I think the former.
