Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
I've been tempted by the Triumph ones. I thouth they would stick out too much, but I was following a Street Triple with one this morning, and it looked like it never stuck out much more than normal.

That's why I put those thigh bits on. I couldn't afford the cut to shape stuff, but didn't want to wear the tank paint out. I figured they would protect it until I could afford the ventureshield stuff, and that they are better than nothing.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
I read the link someone put up about ACF50. Think I will start using that from now on rather than FS365. It sounds more superior. I acutally have an airbrush and compressor, so think a tin of it would be really easy to apply in all the knucks and crannies. I had teh protective film Triumph supply fi...

Re: Sky+ HD
the HD box has a bigger HDD too so you can save even more stuff.
Also, even without sky HD, you still get BBC and ITV HD channels, so you do get some benefit (if you can get yourself a HD TV) and it does make a difference.

Sorry Bratty, that was aimed at D6. Went to Arcadia then into Retro or reflex or whatever its called. Was a funny night. Got my 65 year old Dad on the dance floor on the pole. He was holding the pole and I was holding his legs out horizontally and running around the pole. I've never seen so many wo...

Wet ride in to work, but strangely enjoyable. Didn't seem as greasy as other wet days. Or maybe my tyres are getting grippier now they've done a few hundred miles.

Re: Glasses! Of the spectacle kind
I've used a few pairs now. Straight arms make it easier to get in the helmet, although some (like my shark) now have sections specifically for the arms of glasses to fit in. I find the bendy memory frames are useful. Also, ones that fit close to the face and dont stick out/are too wide, as that bend...
