Dickhead decided to use a busy residential road as a drag strip.

The standard of driving in Brum is horrendous. Jumping red lights is standard. They ignore pedestrian crossings. They overtake into incoming traffic.

Will he get charged with manslaughter for that, or do they do a 2nd degree murder/vehicular homicide sorta thing for that??

Yeah, I was just looking it up....Canada has the same thing apparently. The names vary with different jurisdictions, but the offenses themselves are more or less the same thing, it seems.
