Agreed, it was very well organised by no limits.

The standard of riding in the inters group was excellent as well. Good track craft, I felt safe throughout the sessions even when there where groups of bikes circulating together at pretty decent speeds.

Feck, was not expecting that. My legs feel like they've been run over by a car!

Cheers Jack.

Not my best photos, but after talking to you and realising it's been about 5 years since I've been on track and I was riding a bike I've never ridden before, I'm not surprised.

What I was really happy with is that is wasn't the slowest in the inters group, even in the first session when I was feeling a bit like a fish out of water. As the day went on my track position got better and the lines and breaking points started getting back to the right posts of the track.

After our lunchtime chat about body position and my general shitness through the esses up to the hairpin I spent a session working on that section, and a session trying to get the body position. I got a bit faster up to the hairpin, but the body position made a massive difference to the speed I could carry through gerads was much better and the bike was more stable.

I ended the day being able to tussle with and overtake bikes that where overtaking me at the start of the day.

Glad I could help , I do spend an inordinate amount of time watching bikes ( particularly at Mallory ) and the different styles that riders have so I suppose I must have "osmosis-ed" up some knowledge
